What to do

If you find a price lower on a vendor website that is bookable online within 24 hours of your reservation being confirmed, just take a screenshot* of the page and send it to our reservations team. Please detail your name and contact details.

*The screen shot must include the following information:

Hotel name
Website operator
Start and end dates of stay
Price, type of accommodation and terms and conditions of the booking

The lower price must be available to be booked on the dates originally requested and the lowest rate guarantee applies within 24hours of your reservation being confirmed. The details supplied where the lower rate has been seen must comply with the same conditions (terms and conditions of the sale of the room, type of room, start and end dates). Applies to online vendors only.

If the request is correct and the difference verified by the Reservations Manager, you will receive a communication from Arden House confirming your new rate. The guarantee of the best online price will only be applied to private customer reservations, not with special rates or other rates that are the result of special circumstances, such as package breaks, flash sales, holiday let accommodation rates, special offer conference bookings or weddings.
